Silverbridge
Energy & Shipping
For years, Silverbridge has served energy markets beyond Singapore. As an oil products trader and ship owner, we trade oil products such as gasoline (RON92 / RON95) and diesel. Built in 2021, our ship, ‘Harmony’, a 34KT oil tanker, is the latest addition to our growing fleet.
Our customers include multinationals, industrial and fuel retail companies. We fulfil on-time delivery by sourcing and transporting energy through the proper infrastructures.
Trading & Distribution
At the core of our business is trading, the efficient distribution of energy worldwide. We sell over 7 million barrels of crude oil and products daily, buying from producers and delivering to wholesalers, distributors and refiners worldwide.
Shipping
Our expertise in shipping is essential to our trading business, allowing us to efficiently and safely move energy around the world. In addition, our company will enable us to control and operate a fleet of vessels globally.
Ng Cheong Yew
Director of Silverbridge Energy & Shipping
Mr Ng Cheong Yew is the Director of Silverbridge Energy & Shipping and has been since the inception of the company in 2019. He acquired the company’s first oil tanker in 2019 and established the company’s oil trading operations in 2022.
Mr Ng began his career with International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, which has since been reorganised into Enterprise Singapore. As the first Centre Director, he set up and managed IE’s office in Yangon, Myanmar. He subsequently joined SGX mainboard-listed developer TA Corporation as their Country Manager for Myanmar. Prior to joining Silverbridge Energy & Shipping, he held a senior strategic role in a diversified conglomerate.
He graduated with First Class Honours in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
We are an oil products trader and ship owner based in Singapore with years of experience in shipping and energy.
